Helping to raise climate change awareness
Among the various actions implemented, Bessé invites its employees to attend collective intelligence workshops to help improve their understanding of how the climate works, how it is changing, the systemic nature of this change and its consequences.
Along with over 680,000 other people worldwide, Bessé teams will be learning more about climate challenges thanks to Fresques du Climat workshops.
For 3 hours, based on the sharing of educational scientific information from the IPCC report, groups review the cause-effect relations to improve their understanding of how the climate works, how it is changing and the systemic nature of this change.
These collective intelligence workshops, conducted in a kind and collaborative atmosphere, enable each individual to learn more about environmental issues and to identify possible actions both for the company and for us, as individuals, in our everyday lives.
Every month, a Bessé employee with Fresque du Climat training runs a session for their colleagues.

DISCUSSION AND ACTION
Debrief together to discuss knowledge
Discussions on possible solutions related to our activity
During this exercise, I realised that it was essential to share observations before attempting to come up with solutions if we want our efforts to be coordinated and efficient.
Rémi Bottin
I came to this workshop with no set opinions and little technical knowledge, although I am aware of climate challenges. It helped me to consider the problems that we must face now and in the future. I liked working as a group because I often feel alone and rather small considering the enormity of the topic. I feel lucky to have been able to participate and learned a lot.
